Customer Satisfaction

In the event of any complaint you have please contact the practice in the first case and speak to our staff or practice administrator, but if your complaint is not resolved please write to the Directors Mrs Jane Barnard and Mrs Sue Warnes who will give it the matter their immediate attention.

Our primary goal is for our patients to achieve total satisfaction with our goods and services, if this has not been achieved please let us know so we have the opportunity to put things right.
